As we move closer and closer to the annual ritual of ours of the holiday season, many individuals will be visiting the families of ours of origin. Going home being with parents, siblings, along with close relatives can be an era of great joy and family fellowship. However for some, the visit generally is a paradox. Joyous family and feelings traditions are generally overshadowed by anxiety, uncomfortable feelings, and memories of a difficult past. It can certainly be awkward or perhaps hurt for those who don't perceive the families of theirs as easy or supportive.
