Everyone knows what Fitness means right? Fitness is being Cut aka being Defined, aka Getting in good shape aka Getting Shredded aka Getting Jacked aka Getting Ripped (not in a drunken sense).

Fitness
Fitness, as a thing that we must strive for physically to improve our visual look, and by virtue the internal functions of ours and all around health, is a fairly recent concept.
