"Take the blue pill...take the white pill...?"... recall the line?
"Take the azure pill...take the red pill...?"... remember the series?
These're the first words uttered... the film line is taken from The Matrix (1999). The context of the statement is that "Neo" (Keanu Reeves) is living in a world of controlled belief. Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), exipure bad reviews - get redirected here, the captain of the "movement" in the film, is leading young Neo by way of a wild ride in "reality" vs. perception. Similar to the movie it's my job, as a personal trainer, to guide individuals with a trip in belief.
Even during "real-life" it seems that we, as depicted in this movie, only believe that taking a medicine is able to give us all the solutions to our desires. My question to you is..."Do you think all your problems can be solved by capturing a pill?" Do you really think that information are available from pills or do you feel that answers are derived from personal responsibility? I guess the actual question is..."Do you believe in prevention or "cure"?
Apart from the quirky movie comparison... What is your perspective as related to well being, body, and better living? Does better living come from better pharmacology? Sure...I estimate millions of lives are saved from illness, genetic failures, along with illness. Do we accept responsibility for our conduct which contributes straight to health that is poor and fitness? Are most risk factors for illness lifestyle induced? Even when the newest fat reduction pill did work - Is it going to work life-long? What are the risks connected with many of the newest weightloss pills? Just about any pill we take has a "side effect" attached to its use in many men and women. It seems folks are prepared to pay just about anything to get the hands of theirs on the hottest diet pill, or weight loss gimmick out there. Far worse - prescription medicines are passed out such as candy to a huge selection of a huge number of obese folks. As most people know many of these medications have shown to be quite dangerous, even deadly.

I estimate many of the concerns and frustrations I receive from folks relevant to fitness, exercise, and preventative activity, can certainly be traced directlyto one very important and fundamental question: Are we a remedy driven culture or perhaps a prevention driven society? Does it make sense that the latest carbo-blocker, fat burner or weight loss pill is going to reverse years of very poor living? Do you truly assume that the personal responsibility of yours is often absolved by a pill?
Lets' take the normal model of "dieting" for example: one system works like this, you're taking many pills in the early morning - get a health shake in the afternoon, chug down yet another handful of pills by late afternoon, and consume a boxed, pre-portioned, special dinner during the night. OK. - How things go when you are going off this diet program? I speculate all of the stunning results just disappear! Sure, they let you know to take this particular product, subsequently that product...then hold your breath for ten seconds while moving up and down...ok...ok, I am getting taken away - I am aware.
