Fat loss Omelette Recipe
Do I have a big thing for omelettes? Yes I do! however, it is not just due to the taste. Let's take a closer look.
Free-range, natural, whole eggs are one of my favorite fat loss foods; delicious, filling, nutritional powerhouses as well as market a fat loss hormonal response.
Not to mention the fact that they're really versatile, they go best with just about anything (even Tuna, I'm not kidding, simply try it) and quick and easy to prepare.
This recipe is slightly distinct from the Fat burning Breakfast Omelette because I am going all veggie.
It's essential to work with whole eggs, and not just the whites. By doing so you will be getting a balanced knock of amino acids, making the protein in the egg simpler to break down and use in your body. This is not the truth in case you simply go for whites of eggs.

In this particular recipe I've used tomatoes, red pepper and white onion - all organic and fresh of course! But like I mentioned before, you can pretty much be as versatile as you like with the ingredients of yours.
I like to get the preparation completed initially, and so chop up the veg and then prepare the omelette' mix'.
