    ในฐานะที่นักการเมือง ในที่นี้ขอนิยามคำใหม่ว่า “นักบริหารสังคม” ต้องมีหน้าที่ “ดูแล กระจาย และใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและอย่างเป็นธรรมแก่ผู้คนในสังคม” ภายใต้สำนึก แห่งปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อันมี ความรู้ และ คุณธรรม เป็นเงื่อนไขหลัก ในกลไกปฏิบัติ

     

              ในฐานะที่นักการเมือง ในที่นี้ขอนิยามคำใหม่ว่า “นักบริหารสังคม” ต้องมีหน้าที่ “ดูแล กระจาย และใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและอย่างเป็นธรรมแก่ผู้คนในสังคม” ภายใต้สำนึก แห่งปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อันมี ความรู้ และ คุณธรรม เป็นเงื่อนไขหลัก ในกลไกปฏิบัติ อาจารย์ยักษ์ขอเสนอทางออกของการเมืองไทย ในรูปแบบที่เรียกว่า ประชาธิปไตย ธรรมานิยมโดยยึดหลักเกณท์ดังนี้

    บทเรียนที่น่าติดตามสำหรับนักเรียนรัฐศาสตร์ทุกคนก็คือ การ “ปะทะ” กันของสำนึกสังคมสองรูปแบบนี้ล้วนใช้ “สื่อ” เป็นเครื่องมืออันทรงพลังในฐานะ “เครื่องมือ” แห่งการเรียนรู้ และสื่อสาร จนเกิดปรากฏการณ์ที่เรียกว่า “ติดสื่อจนเปิดกันตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง” อะไรที่ทำให้ สื่อ ทรงพลังถึงขึ้นเปิดกันแบบ 24 ชั่วโมง สิ่งนี้น่าคิด และน่าศึกษาหาคำตอบ
